Dining in Ashland, Oregon at the Winchester . . .

The Winchester restaurant has offered 27 years of fine dining to the people of Ashland, and we'll happily offer another 27.

In the restaurant, we continually strive to offer a diverse selection of menu items sourcing what we can from local Ashland farmers, ranchers and growers.

With the wine bar, we take our libations as seriously as our food and have received multiple Wine Spectator Awards of Excellence for showcasing some of the finest vintages Southern Oregon has to offer.

We are also proud to announce that in May 2009, Drew Gibbs, our restaurant manager passed the Certified Sommelier Exam that is offered through the Court of Master Sommeliers.
